Energy Soup Recipe by Ann Wigmore



Ingredients 
  
Serves 1
  • 1 Romaine lettuce leaf
  • 1 Big handful of mixed greens (spinach, kale, micro greens, sunflower greens, pea greens, etc)
  • ½ Zucchini
  • ½ Apple
  • ¼ Avocado or 1 table spoon of nut seed butter
  • ½ Cucumber
  • ½ cup Mixed bean sprouts
  • ½ cup Rejuvelac or water if you don't have rejuvelac
  • 1 pinch or more to taste powdered Cayenne pepper (This soup has a naturally cooling nature hence you can amp up the hot factor)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Methods/steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender
  2. Blend until creamy and warm
  3. Transfer to bowl and sprinkle dulse flakes, cayenne or a little salt if you like
  4. Enjoy !!
