Ingredients

- 1 Romaine lettuce leaf
- 1 Big handful of mixed greens (spinach, kale, micro greens, sunflower greens, pea greens, etc)
- ½ Zucchini
- ½ Apple
- ¼ Avocado or 1 table spoon of nut seed butter
- ½ Cucumber
- ½ cup Mixed bean sprouts
- ½ cup Rejuvelac or water if you don't have rejuvelac
- 1 pinch or more to taste powdered Cayenne pepper (This soup has a naturally cooling nature hence you can amp up the hot factor)
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch sea salt
Methods/steps
- Combine all ingredients in your blender
- Blend until creamy and warm
- Transfer to bowl and sprinkle dulse flakes, cayenne or a little salt if you like
