Energy Soup Recipe by Ann Wigmore



Ingredients 
  
Serves 1
  • 1 Romaine lettuce leaf
  • 1 Big handful of mixed greens (spinach, kale, micro greens, sunflower greens, pea greens, etc)
  • ½ Zucchini
  • ½ Apple
  • ¼ Avocado or 1 table spoon of nut seed butter
  • ½ Cucumber
  • ½ cup Mixed bean sprouts
  • ½ cup Rejuvelac or water if you don't have rejuvelac
  • 1 pinch or more to taste powdered Cayenne pepper (This soup has a naturally cooling nature hence you can amp up the hot factor)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Methods/steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in your blender
  2. Blend until creamy and warm
  3. Transfer to bowl and sprinkle dulse flakes, cayenne or a little salt if you like
  4. Enjoy !!
  5. Ann Wigmore says that you should only make what you will eat right away, never store it.

If you won't quit smokin, at least turn on the fan while your cookin!

  Cooking with vegetable oils may increase the risk for lung cancer. So if you don't want your children to watch in horror as you gasp for your last breaths of air, quit smoking when cooking by turning on the hood fan. If you don't have one, get one!
